Latest updates#
SharePoint-backed file storage#
TaruviBase can now use SharePoint as a storage provider, with safer file permissions and lifecycle handling.
- Provision SharePoint-backed storage as part of site and application setup.
- Browse folders, create view and edit links, and resume larger file uploads.
- Improved permission checks, cross-provider copy behavior, and public-object access.
- Improved Microsoft Graph error messages and record-create events for bulk inserts.
More expressive data queries#
Data queries now support more flexible filters, relationship traversal, field selection, and ordering.
- Added OR and NOT expressions, range filters, field selection, ordering, and nested population.
- Added multi-hop relationship traversal for filters and sorting.
- Improved analytics query safety and provider error handling.
- Added token revocation and corrected storage and user-synchronization behavior.
Relationship filters and app defaults#
Relationship-aware queries are more capable, and several application defaults and permission behaviors are more consistent.
- Added foreign-key traversal filtering and sorting to the data service.
- Exposed the default frontend-worker slug through app settings.
- Corrected role-policy deletion and user-icon handling.
- Aligned analytics queries through MCP with the current API.
Stronger system-table protections#
Protected platform tables now have stricter write boundaries, alongside reliability fixes for signup, invitations, cleanup, and events.
- Blocked system-table mutations through MCP and package data paths.
- Corrected signup and invitation behavior, including inactive-user cleanup.
- Removed storage buckets when deleting a site.
- Fixed event conditions and telemetry export behavior.
Authentication and authorization stabilization#
Authentication responses, policy evaluation, storage access, invitations, and function requests are now more consistent.
- Returned consistent unauthorized responses for expired or invalid bearer tokens.
- Corrected roles, scopes, deny rules, and policy synchronization in the TaruviBase policy engine.
- Added per-record allowed actions and hardened signed URL and private-bucket authentication.
- Improved password reset, invitations, function request metadata, and migration behavior.
