Cloud users and site users
This model has four distinct relationships.

| Site access | The Console synchronization that gives an organization member access to a site. | TaruviBase Console only |

A cloud user is not automatically a site user. Choose the site before you manage its users. Organization invitations create or connect a cloud user and its membership; the Console then handles site access synchronization.
